After a bogey on 13, Korda settled for par on four straight holes before sinking a birdie putt at 18 to finish with a 3-under 69. Fellow American Auston Kim, finished the day tied for 11th at 2-under.

Korda trails Sweden's Madelene Sagstrom, who had six birdies and one eagle in her round and finished with a 7-under 65 for the day. Grace Kim of Australia was three shots back, and eight other golfers were four back.
